3 § Witness's Epistolary
testimony requiring Mandate
VIII Mandate-receipt acknowledgment or
VII Receipt-requiring clause.
1. On receipt of this Mandate you will by the earliest
conveyance cause to be received by the Registrar at
the Justice Chamber information thereof: addressed to the Registrar:
in default of your so doing you will stand compensationally
responsible to all parties interested.
2. The better to enable you so to do, herewith enclosed
is a blank Mandate receipt acknowledgment paper: when
filled up according to the directions therein contained, you
may employ it for that purpose.
