Art. 1. For malpractice in any shape, in addition
to or instead of the burthen of satisfaction to parties wronged, punishments
applicable by at the plea of the Judge are as follows

1. Recorded Censure. Admon Disapportion with the grounds thereof
pronounced by the Judge in the Justice Chamber, and entry thereof made
in the Register.

2. Inhibition to practice in the Judicatory in question for
