I Title considered as a benefit

§ 1. Wrongful non-collation

Wrongful non collation of title is where, without justificative
cause, a person having the power & being under the obligation
of performing some act which if performed would be an
efficient cause of title to another person, omits so to do, after
or without receiving summons for that purpose as the case may
be.

§. 2. Wrongful ablation

Wrongful ablation of title is where, without justificative cause
by some unlawful act of deceptious or other criminal practice
any person causes or contributes to cause another to
cease to be possessed of a title which befo he possessed before
the performance of that act.

§. 3 Usurpation

Usurpation of title is where, without justificative cause
by some unlawful act or deceptious or other criminal practice
any person causes or contributes to cause a good & sufficient
title previously possessed by another (the wrongee) to pass into
possession of him the wrongor.

practice any person causes or contributes to cause a title
previously possessed by the wrongee to pass into the possession
of some other person.

Wrongful interception of title is where without justificative
cause, by some unlawful act or deceptious or other criminal
practice any person causes or contributes to cause
any other person to be deprived of a title of which but for
such act on the part of the wrongor, he the wrongee would have been
possessed.
