Law Amendment or Procedure Code

Propositions Ch.I All-comprehensive
§.1. Subject-matters
Instruments written

Betw With little or no exception, between every one of individual and individual of
the above classes and every other intercommunication in the way
of discourse will need to have place and will accordingly have
place on the occasion of an application made to the Judge for
the purpose, actual or supposed of giving execution and effect
to a correspondent enactment of the law.

This discourse will have been either 1. purely merely oral thus
unwritten or 2. written: if written either 1. merely written
or 2. minuted or say written for the purpose of giving by
written or other visible permanent signs expression to the discourse
antecedently expressed by oral or other evanescent signs.

So many portions of purely written discourse
from the several actors as above, so many sorts of written
instruments.

So many of these instruments, capable of serving respectively
the purpose of giving expression to the discourse proper or
likely to be delivered mutatis mutandis by inducements, on
so many different individual occasions, so many Judicial
forms, or say formulæ.

A compleat and all comprehensive assemblage of these
forms instruments constitutes an effectual and indispensable appendage
to every apt system of procedure. This To the here proposed
system this appendage will accordingly be found annexed.
