Art. 1. Of this present Procedure Code the Subject
matter
aggregate of the matters or say subject matters will
be found comprised under designated by the heads following that is to say

1. Ends in view — or say Ends the attainment of which is arrived at and closely
ends to the attainment of which the several operations performed in the
course of a Judicial Procedure are directed or endeavoured to be directed.

2. Means employed: that is to say for the attainment of these same
ends or say comp accomplishment of these same ends

3. Operators and operations that is to say persons operating for and towards
the attainment of those same ends, together with those several
operations by them respectively performed.

4. Personal subject matters of the operations so performed for the
attainment of these same ends: persons of all descriptions in so far as considered
in this point of view

5. Real subject matters of the questions so performed for
the attainment of these same ends: things of all sorts descriptions
in so far as considered in this point of view.

6. Instruments employed in the course and for the purpose of
the several operations performed for the attainment of these same
ends.
