Art. 1. The Operators are members of the community previous
Operating towards the
attainment of the ends
of Judicature.

Art. 1. Operators and Operations. The
Operations Operators in question will be the several members of
the community considered in the character of persons
operating as above (§.2. Art. 1) for and towards the attainment
of the several abovementioned ends of procedure

commonly understood a person considered as acting
with a more or less considerable degree of attention directed
to the attainment of some determinate end.

here herein be bestowed in the view of directing their operation
towards to the attainment of the abovementioned ends, the a list
will be found, in two Sections of the proposed Constitutional Code to

Art. 4. Of the operations which on the present occasion, for
the present purpose will on the present occasion, require to be
brought to view, the list will not be found to coincide with
that of the respective operators. Reason of this want of coincidence.
Of the operation distribution requisite to be made of the aggregate of the operations the
object will be in the first place to shew the manner in which
they are respectively contributing and conducive to the attainment of
the abovementioned proper ends of the system in question — the system
of Judicial procedure — and in regard to the several classes of these same operations as
as distinguished into the
classes in question, a
number of different classes
of operators will be found
contributing an injustice
with or without design on their parts respectively, to one and the same class of operations.
