<p>Fraudulent obtainment is where without justificative<lb/>
 
cause by deceptious practice any person obtains or<lb/>
retains the occupation possession or property of money<lb/>

endeavour to convert the same to his own use.</p>
<p><head>&sect;. 13  Extortion</head></p>
<p>Extortion is where without justificative cause by intimidation<lb/>
or other criminal practice any person causes<lb/>
any other to transfer to him the wrongor any <del>moveable</del><lb/>
subject matter of wealth corporeal or incorporeal<lb/>
to which he would not otherwise have been entitled<lb/>
but without any such personal vexation as would<lb/>
give to the Offence another denomination under<lb/>
this Code.</p>
<p><head>&sect;. 14  Peculation</head></p>
<p>Peculation is where without justificative cause any<lb/>
trustee by means of the powers given to him by<lb/>
the trust conferring contract makes to himself or to<lb/>
any other person at the expence of the intended benefitee<lb/>
any profits other than such if any as it was intended<lb/>
he should make by the trust conferring contract.</p>

§. 12 Fraudulent obtainment

Fraudulent obtainment is where without justificative
cause by deceptious practice any person obtains or
retains the occupation possession or property of money
or any other subject matter of property with the intention, or
endeavour to convert the same to his own use.

§. 13 Extortion

Extortion is where without justificative cause by intimidation
or other criminal practice any person causes
any other to transfer to him the wrongor any moveable
subject matter of wealth corporeal or incorporeal
to which he would not otherwise have been entitled
but without any such personal vexation as would
give to the Offence another denomination under
this Code.
