§. 6 Wrongful occupation forcible
Wrongful occupation forcible of a subject matter
of property is where without justificative cause
by physical force or threat of inflicting some
bodily harm any person occupies or makes use
of a subject matter of property to which he has
no right thereby causing or endeavouring to
cause it to be believed that he has a title
to the possession or property of it.
§. 7 Wrongful Robbery simple
Robbery is where without justificative cause by intimidation conveying fear
