<p>24.  A <unclear>butcher</unclear>, brewer &amp;c<lb/>
uses his trade in a convenient<lb/>
place, <del>though<lb/>
it be</del> to the annoyance<lb/>
of his neighbour.</p>
<p>25.  A builds a house &amp;<lb/>
makes <gap/> upon his<lb/>
soil, whereby B's house<lb/>
newly built in an adjoining<lb/>
soil falls down.</p>
<p>26.  – or by such building<lb/>
stop lights newly made in<lb/>
the house of another –<lb/>
such lights continued for<lb/>
30 or 40 years.</p>
<p>27.  Two houses built<lb/>
nearly at the same time<lb/>
and purchased of the<lb/>
same proprietor <add>A &amp; B <gap/> of the two</add> – A.<lb/>
obstructs B's lights by<lb/>
adding to his tenement.</p>
