Application tutelary of
absentees property

Application tutelary applic on the occasion of the absence
of the proprietor or other habitual occupant [for the time being apprehension
entertained of danger to property of his by reason of such
absence

Let Applicant be temporary
guardian

On this occasion the part acted by the applicant is the
part of a spontaneously offered would be Guardian with reference
to the property. Suppose Let his application be acceded to, the applicant
is thereby by the act of acceptance constituted a sort of temporary Guardian, whose situation analogous
as to every thing but the imputation in the present character
is analogous to that of a Guardian of a person unseen, or
of a person whose property has been put in sequestration on the
score of prodagulity: Of accident is his absence more likely
reason lately than of any thing else other causes as the absence likely to
have been the result.
