Penal CodeCh. 1 Offences affecting the person
§ 7 Mental vexation simple
according to the numbers affected by it, as
before. To this head belongs the act of exposing
indecent pictures or other graphical
imitation especially if in an open shops. mem. To give an
exact definition of graphical imitations that
require to be included in the prohibition; in
particular those which exhibit the parties, or
a party in a state of preparation for sexual
gratification. Exception in favour of graphic
calamitations for the purpose of anatomical
science. Bathing in a state of nudity
can scarcely be taken for a subject of prohibition,
unless it be in a town, in which,
while the operation is prohibited in some
places, allowance is given to it, in others,
with due warning for females, to whose
modesty the spectacle would be afflictive,
to keep at an appropriate distance.
