4 Wrongful disablement
Wrongful disablement is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself or
to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to cause to the body of any other
the loss complete or partial & more or less permanent or perpetual
of the use of some bodily organ, but without any such ulterior
bodily harm as is designated by the denomination of any other
offence under this code

5 Wrongful mutilation
Wrongful mutilation is where without justificative cause
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself or
to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will
any person causes or contributes to cause to any other
the loss of the substance of some limb or other bodily organ but
without causing the death of the mutilated person

6 Wrongful homicide
Wrongful homicide is where without justificative cause,
by physical force, intimidation, wrongfully applied remuneration
or deceptious or other criminal practice,
in pursuit of some unlawful benefit to the wronger himself or
to any other person, or in sport, or for the gratification of ill will,
any person causes or contributes to cause
the death of any other person.
