Malicious prosecution

1. One is falsely and maliciously
indicted of a crime,
which may affect his reputation,
life or liberty – or
property?

2. Or of a riot.

3. Ones wife is falsely
& maliciously indicted
for receiving stolen goods.

4. One maliciously
obtains or executes a warrant
to search a house
for smuggled goods,
or stolen goods.

5. Or maliciously arrests
& holds to bail.

6. Or maliciously prosecutes
one before a commitment
trial.

y. An officer serves a writ
so as maliciously and
unnecessarily to vex &
harrass the party.
