which may affect his reputation,
life or liberty – or
property?

obtains or executes a warrant
to search a house
for smuggled goods,
or stolen goods.

5. Or maliciously arrests
& holds to bail.

6. Or maliciously prosecutes
one before a commitment
trial.

so as maliciously and

harrass the party.
