Forgery

24. One copies falsifies
a copy of a deposition
upon record by erazing
the words, that did, whereby
the deposition is
made more positive.

25. Devise to as for life,
remainder to B. in fee,

the estate for life.

his own prejudice – making
the sum less: or
endorses exchequer bills
as received for customs,
or omits to insert in
a will &c. a legacy, the devise
not being altered
thereby.

a receipt in a false name
