for felony, when a felony
is done, escapes from
his conductors on the way
to jail and they cannot
retake him without
killing him

111. Rioters oppose a
lawful warrant of
a justice and one of
them is killed

if party resist Sheriff
may kill him without
retreating.

the Sheriff kill him

114. Prisoner assaults
his jailor, &
jailor kills him.

115. Hunters in a
park, fly or resist,
the parker may kill
him.

thief, who attempts
to rob him on the
highway, or in his
house.

116. A woman kills
him that attempts
to ravish her.

117. One kills another,
who attempts to burn
a house.
