Forfeitures given by this may be recover'd by either Summary or Regular Pecuniary forfeitures given by this Act or any other <add>Turnpike Act concerning </add> shall be recover'd
if not more than where they amounting to £20 exclusive of costs
shall be prosecuted for in a summary manner way
before one Justice of Peace, or before Trustees in
the cases specified by in Art. . .d, before Trustees:
