in contiguous judicatories

Art. On this occasion of his option decision/the option of the Judge be the

such as that here in question be made it will be to the proposed
Defendant's judicatory: and it will in point of reason it will
have for its ground the opinion that in this case the sum of
vexation and expense to all parties taken together will be less than
if the suit were retained in the judicatory to which the application
was made.
