<p>Dear Sir,
The last time I had the Pleasure of<lb/>
hearing from you was by M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Newton, who<lb/>
after staying some time here &amp; not finding the<lb/>
Prince set out for Passey with the dispatches<lb/>
you gave him - you will doubtless have<lb/>
heard from him long ago - during his stay<lb/>
at S<hi rend="superscript">t</hi> Petersburg having been only furnished<lb/>
with the progonomy money, he became in<lb/>
want of a small supply - and applying<lb/>
to me I paid him on your Order  Rb: 100<lb/>
of which you have his receipt included.</p>
<p>In consequence of your order I received<lb/>
on your Account from the Statskery Kasmacheystvo<lb/>
for your Salary - Rb: 990<lb/>
there were Rb: 10 deducted for charges<lb/>
which is noted in your credit - and which<lb/>
I keep at your disposal along with the<lb/>
money due to you, deducting the<lb/>
Rb: 500 sent to the Governor of Siberia.</p>
