And whereas ever since the <add>institution</add><del>foundation</del> of his<lb/>
Majesty's School at Westminster founded by Queen<lb/>
Elizabeth of glorious memory the said Waste hath<lb/>
under <del>and</del> the authority and by the allowance of<lb/>
the said Dean and Chapter and without any<lb/>
instruction as to <del>the</del> any particular part thereof<lb/>
been accustomed to be made use of as a place<lb/>
of exercise and recreation <add>[+]</add> by the Scholars of the <note><add>+</add> for Cricket <del>and</del> or <lb/>
other sports requiring<lb/>
a large extent of<lb/>
ground to the amount<lb/>

said School of which benefits the said Scholars<lb/>
would be deprived of provision were not herein<lb/>
made for the continuance of the same in the <lb/>

company the allotment of a competent<lb/>

the said purpose in which the said Scholars<lb/>
might be exempt from the intrusion of such<lb/>
promiscuous and improper company might<lb/>
be <del>of adva</del> for the benefit of the said Scholar<lb/>
as well in point of comfort as of good morals<lb/>
Be it further enacted that <add>Lot</add> <del>the spot</del> B described<lb/>
in <del>the</del> <add>Schedule B annexed to this Act </add> <del>Article B, of the Schedule herewith</del><lb/>
<del>annexed</del> <add>[+]</add> shall be allotted to the said <note><add>[+]</add> containing about<lb/>
eleven acres more<lb/>
or less</note><lb/>
Dean and Chapter and is hereby declared to<lb/>
be the <del>absolute</del><add><del>sole and separate</del></add> property of the said Dean and<lb/>
Chapter in <del>several fee</del> <add>separate ownership</add> to be held by them <add>in</add><lb/>
