Proposed Addendum for the Penitentiary Contract Bill

Bill.
A & B have each of them a Field capable of answering
the purpose pro tanto and thereby liable to be taken for component
elements of the spot in question: at the same time that
by taking other lands, one of them alone, to wit either of
them, might serve.
A's land is a scrap distant from A's House
B.'s land is contiguous to A.s House
For the convenience of all parties, required power
to take both spots, for as for the purpose of appropriating
A.'s spot to the Establishment, and giving
