<p>proposed on the part of Government, for the<lb/>
disposal of the Waste comprised under the<lb/>
denomination of<lb/>
Tothill, Fields:<lb/>
to which is added<lb/>
Considerations<lb/>
on the question whether &amp; in what respects<lb/>
it would be for the advantage of the Dean<lb/>
&amp; Chapter of Westminster to give their consent<lb/>
&amp; concurrence to the said plan.</p>
 
<p>The plan is &#x2014;</p>
<p>1. That the fee of the whole Waste be declared<lb/>
by Act of Parliament to be in the Dean<lb/>
&amp; chapter solely &#x2014;</p>
 
<p>2. That a portion amounting to between 12<lb/>
&amp; 13 Acres, (composed principally of the<lb/>
angle formed by the end of Rochester<lb/>
Row with the inclosed grounds terminating<lb/>
in Storrs Gardens) be allotted to the Dean<lb/>
&amp; chapter to enable them to allow a sufficient<lb/>
portion to be made use of <add>in the capacity of</add> a Cricket Ground<lb/>
by the Westminster Scholars, in satisfaction<lb/>
for the undefined &amp; unlimited use they have<lb/>
been accustomed to make of the waste for<lb/>
that purpose as long as memory can reach.</p>
 
<p>(N.B. The content of the Cricket ground at<lb/>
Walworth is about 5 1/2 Acres: the gross content<lb/>
of Lord's at Marybone near the New Road <add>is</add></p>

The plan is —
