spot in Wandsworth Field &amp; to approve the spot at Battersea rise as proper for the<lb/>
erect<hi rend="superscript">g</hi>.  Penitent<hi rend="superscript">y</hi>. Houses for both Males &amp; Females &#x2014; <del>The s.<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> Committee found that <lb/>
the spot so approved of was about 4 miles from Westm.<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Bridge &amp; was situated at a <lb/>
distance from any Town &#x2014; That it consisted of  Acres of ground &amp; reached to<lb/>

which both in point of convenience, cleanliness &amp; health by the abundant supply <lb/>
of Water &amp; by the flow &amp; reflux of the Tide were manifest.  And the s.<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> Comm<add>&#x2014;</add>ce<lb/>
