separate Ownership, or in the statute State of waste and Common Land subject to of Common to any
Party or Parties, who on his or their Part shall be willing, and able,
or hereby or by the said former Act enabled, to convey and assign any
other land convenient for the said purposes, and whether such last,
mentioned Land be subject to the powers of compulsive purchase given
as aforesaid by the said former actor not the Costs of every such -"-
Conveyance so made by such Feoffee or Feoffees to be born by him or them -"-
respectively And be it further Enacted and declared
that the several provisions in the said Act contained, touching the -"- -"-
Limitation of the time within which Action, shall commence, the pleading
of the general issue, and the Allowance of treble Costs in the Case of Actions
brought for things done in pursuance of the said Act, shall extend to -
actions for things done in pursuance of this present Act

We have repeatedly considered this act; & it appears to us
that no act can be applicable to wastelands indefinitely
