Revocation of Emancipatory Release or License.
Revocation by F.G. of his Emancipatory Release [or Licence] to A.W. quondam
Penitentiary Man, under the Statute of 34. Geo: 3. ch. § VIII. Art.
Recital.
Whereas on the day of [Month Year] at the request of the said A.W. the
Wardship of him the said A.W. was under the said Act assigned to me in quality of
his Friendly Guardian by the Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary House
for the term of one year from the date thereof, as appears by the Deed of Assignment thereof
in my possession, a true Copy whereof was, according to the said Act, taken & retained by the
said Governor, and another given to the said A.W.
2. And Whereas on the day of [Month Year] the whole [or if by Licence say a certain portion] of the power over him the
