CERTAINTY Reluctance. Expences of prosecut.

We are informed that the Judges have come to
a resolution not to allow the Prosecutors of Indictments
any thing for expences, unless they
prefer their Bills to the Grand Jury the
Day after the commission-day at each
Assize-Town, particularly in capital offences.
