In such Every such examination shall be taken
upon Oath, committed to writing and signed by
the Examinant: and to the record or memorandum
thereof shall be annexed a certificate of accreditation
on the past of the Justice who
to declaring the contents thereof to be according
to the belief of the person granting the
same to be true: ⊞ ⊞ and the examinant to be a person of unexceptionable character and fit to be received accepted in the capacity of a Friendly Bondsman Guardian under this Act: which said certificate of
accreditation shall be signed either by the
Justice of the Magistrate by whom such examination
was taken, or by some one other of his Majesty
Justices of the Peace for any place or by
the a Minister (whether Parson or Curate) ordinarily
officiating in the Parish and wherein
the examinant has or lately within one year past had his abode,
or by two of the persons being or having been
of the member of the Parish officers Church wardens or other
of the Poor within the same for some ⊞ ⊞ Parish or Place within which such Examinant once had his abode or some Parish or Place thereto adjoining the
said persons writing above together with their
respective names, their respective places of abode
according to a direction by which they may respectively
be found by post and particularly
by the Post.
