might arise whether under such circumstances such
chargeable members could be removed from the Parish
where their the respective heads are of such families

it were then that by the law as it stands at present
such removal might be made, if would be a
measure of hardship the separation of wives
from husbands and of young children from
parents would be a measure of hardship and
such a continuance of effective punishment beyond the appointed

And whereas such of the said Metasylum men
as at the time of the opening the same are in a single state
