If the time of a year as above allowed
should not be afford time enough for the completion
of the enquiry business as aforesaid, the court of King's Bench may
on the application made by the Parish or on the part of the Place of
Settlement originally charged or in the case make any such enlargement
of the time as it shall deem conducive
to the furtherance of justice, but with costs to
of such application on both sides to be borne by
the party applying unless otherwise ordered by the
Court.

If in the course of any such examination
Perjury is should appear to in the judgement opinion of any Court appealed to as aforesaid that
as aforesaid the County Court of Appeal that
Perjury had appear to have been committed and that the Order
may be made taken made by the Court upon theeither party
to whose prejudice such Perjury appears to point
to prosecute for the same: or and the
party so prosecuting and for the costs of such Prosecution
the party so prosecuting shall be reimbursed
if it be a Place of Settlement Parish or other by the
County in which the same or the chief part thereof is situated: if it
be the Governor, by the County in which the Penitentiary
House is situated: and such costs shall
be paid by the Treasurer of such County, to and who shall be
be allowed the same in his accounts.
