Petitioner being minded to determine his said will, did
by notice note in writing, in customary form delivered (copy whereof marked A is hereunto

delivered on that same day to his Agent, give him said Clerk, give
notice to the said Mr Fonblanque to quit the said premises on Michaelmas day

Petitioner, the said Mr Koe received for answer from
the said Clerk, that it were the not being convenient
to the said Mr Fonblanque to give up possession, he
was determined not to do so at that time, nor did
he the said Clerk mention any other time at which he would be will
the said Mr Fonblanque would be willing so to do.
