Justices of Oyer and
Terminer in the said
parishes to hold a
Sessions the Day of
the approaching Old
Bailey Sessions —

And be it further enacted, that the said Justices of
Oyer and Terminer for the said parishes in the Borough of
Southwark, or County of Surry shall hold a Sessions, and
the Justices of the Peace for the said Borough shall hold
their Quarter Sessions on the day next but one before
the day appointed for holding the approaching Sessions
of Oyer and Terminer and Goal Delivery of Newgate, at
the Sessions House in the Old Bailey.

This cannot be done, that being the
day of the Sessions at Guildhall —
