After all Mean time if the principles of spec prompt remittance,
(viz: for example weekly remittance ) be adhered
to, a principle for which several other branches of the
Revenue afford so many precedent a precedent, and for which
the mode recently established at the Post Office
affords universal feasibility and facility, such
deficiencies are not likely ( it should seem ) to
be otherwise than very rare: but the more efficient and uneludible the mode of repai procedure
provided for repairing any such deficiencies, in the event of their taking place is sure to
be, so much the more rarer still are they likely to be.
