Observations
The fallacies which are alike capable of being made
to serve the purpose of the Ins and the Outs — which
are so many of deceit alike capable of
being taken in hand and employed with more or less
advantage to the purposes of the expectants of those who
have power in expectancy only, and namely in the
event of their being substituted to their adversaries, alike
the purposes of those who are to the purpose of the expectants
party as of the party in possession have been already
brought to view.
Those which are peculiar to the case of the
Outs of the expectant party come lie within a very narrow
compass.
They seem to be all of them referable to
one or other of two intimately connected, and but little
different heads of the Blind Place-abhorrers cry; and
the Blind Job-Denouncers cry
