Containing matter common to the subjects of Evidence and
Judicial Procedure.

Ch. 1. Relation of Evidence to Procedure.

The rationale of evidence is but as a branch to the branch, or if not rather as a the kernel to a the nut, to of the rationale
of procedure. Consideration of Attention to the evidence Exhibition or Extraction receipt of evidence, though
