Penal CodeCh. Quarrel

Art. Subject matter of consideration on this occasion,
ideas subjects persons, actors, relations capable of entering into the composition of this
aggregate are the following.

1. Parties: 1. Wrongers with or without or with that persons
respectively related to and connected with them with by his genealogical and
other domestic ties. 2. Wrongees with or without their respective
relatives as above. Quere as to other less near
connections.

2. Efficient causes of justification, extenuation
aggravation and exemption applicable to each wrong
individual taken.

3. Offences inchoate and consummate – or say
acts of preparation attempts and consummate in, applying
to each such individual offence.

4. Co-offenders or say Co-delinquents or Co-wrongers
on the occasion of each.

5. Remedies of the several sorts, applicable on each individual occasion:
1. offences under this head persons or parties on whose account. 2. persons
at whose or parties at whose charge, each remedy
may on the occasion of each such individual occasion,
be with propriety applicable the application of which may
be demanded by the ends of justice.

Art. Principle of unity or say efficient cause
of demand capacity and demand for union or say consolidation
of the judicial process – of the several judicial processes or
say such for which individually liable they ought have given
occasion and every demand on the ground of the ends of justice
– motive or say inducement on each such occasion in
the breast of one or more of the parties concerned, antipathy or
say ill will.
