| <p>them, and shall produce such Certificate to the said Agent or Agents re-—

| Certificate or Certificates, shall refuse to pay the said Prize of Bounty

| 15 in His Majesty's Proclamation, within Three Months after any such De-—

| mand made, and such Certificate produced.

| <lb/>
| |
| <p>LXXXVII. And be it further enacted, That every Agent acting as such
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| for any Prize in any of His Majesty's Settlements, Colonies, or Plantations
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| abroad, or in any Place out of the United Kingdom, shall make up his
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Accounts, and deliverer, and verify the fame in the Vice-Admiralty
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| 5 Court, in which such Prize shall have been condemned, in such Manner
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| as the said Court shall require, within Six Months after the Commence-—
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| ment of the Distribution of the Proceeds of such Prize, and shall, under
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| the Direction of the Court, on the Application of the Deputy of the
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Treasurer of Greenwich Hospital there resident, and in such Manner as
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| 10 shall be specified in any Order made for that Purpose, remit all unclaimed
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Balances and Shares, and all Shares of Run Men, to the Treasurer of
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Greenwich Hospital in England, or pay the fame over to the Deputy Trea-—
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| surer for the Purpose of being remitted, at the Election of the Deputy,
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| so as that the fame may be paid to the said Treasurer withing Six Months
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| 15 after exhibiting his Accounts in such Court as aforesaid, on Pain of for-—
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| feiting his Bond of Five thousand Pounds: Provided always, that if the
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Condemnation of any such Prize shall have lasssin in the East Indies, then
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| the Agent shall cause the fame to be remitted, so as that the fame may be
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| paid to the Treasurer within Twelve Months after the verifying such Ac-—
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| 20 count as aforesaid</p>.

| <lb/>
| |
| <p>LXXXIX. And be it further enacted, That Lifts of all Prizes accounted
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| for the Treasurer of Greenwich Hospital, condemned in the High Court
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| of Admiralty, or in any Court of Vice-Admiralty, shall be transmitted
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Six Times on every Year from the Office of the Clerk of the Cheque at
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Greenwich Hospital, to the several Persons appointed by the said Treasurer
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| of the said Royal Hospital, to receive Applications and Claims for Prize
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| and Bounty Monies, which Lifts so transmitted, shall be open to Inspection
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| by any Person or Persons who shall desire to inspect the fame, on every
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| Day (Sunday excepted) between the Hours of Ten and Four, for which
| |
| <lb/>
| |
| 20 Inspection, no Fee or Gratuity whatever shall be due or payable.
