Art. 9 Things moveable
and immoveable as to what
he exercises inspective
function.
1. Shops and Storehouses
with their contents
for distribution of drugs
for medical purposes.
2. Shops Do for do of
instruments employed
in medicine, surgery
included.

Art.9. To him likewise belongs So the exercise of the
function. So, as to the contents of the shops and storehouses, in which
drugs, furnished designed to be employed for medical purposes are kept for sale or otherwise for distribution,
the Inspective.

Art. 10. Art. 10 So, who as to the contents of all shapes
and storehouses in which instruments, designed for chichurgigal surgical
purposes are distributed kept for sale or otherwise for distribution.

Art. 10. As to things immoveable
and moveable
following belong to him functions
following.
1. Places of interment
2. Common Sewers and Drains
3. Theatres and other places
of public entertainment amusement
4. Lands to whoever
belonging, constantly or
occasionally covered
with stagnant water.
5. Bills of mortality, as
far as published, or
open to general
inspection
6. Registers of the writing,
as far as do.

Art. 11. 11. Functions likewise belonging So, sofar as regards the public health the inspective, statistic
recordative , and melioration-suggestive functions, as to the the objectsarticles
following following: that is to say —

1. Bills of mortality. Places of interment.

2. Common sewers and public drains.

3. Bills of Mortality places of public entertainment Edifices applied to the amusement.<add>Theatres, and other </add>

3. Theatres and other extensive places of public entertainment.

4. Bills of mortality, in so far as published

5. Register of the weather, in so far as published.

4. Lands, whether belonging to the Domain, or to individuals, or to
public bodies, in so far as such lands are constantly or occasionally
covered with stagnant water liable to be detrimental
to health.

5. Bills of mortality, in so far as published, or open
for to general inspection.

the utmost publicity consistent
with the regard due
to the feelings of individuals—

give the utmost publicity, which with in due regard to the feelings
