to the people of Florida,<lb/>

Ferdinand VII.  It is<lb/>
couched in the most<lb/>
energetic language, &amp;<lb/>
breathes a spirit of the<lb/>
most determined hostility<lb/>
to <sic>Buonaparte</sic>....</p> 
<p>In Mexico a similar<lb/>
spirit prevails.  The<lb/>
corporation have offered<lb/>
fourteen millions of<lb/>
Dollars as a present<lb/>
to the Patriots, for the<lb/>
purpose of aiding them<lb/>
in carrying on the war<lb/>
