or remove his effects in order to save them from to prevent their being amenable to Law: for instance
by pretended alienation, or by conveying them out of
the reach of Justice. In this case the Insolvency may be said
to be fraudulent deinceps or ex-post-facto. In this case also
the fault is plainly in the Will.
