than by Spain.</p>

Only by King or 2/3<hi rend="superscript">ds.</hi> of the<lb/>
Cortes can one month be<lb/>
added (107) by no power<lb/>
any more.</p>

by every Cortes before separation<lb/>
is to be a permanent<lb/>

1.  By 160. par 1. not by the Cortes<lb/>
by which it was nominated<lb/>
only to succeeding Cortes<lb/>
can it <hi rend="underline">report</hi>, viz. infringements<lb/>
on the Constitution.<lb/>
2.  By par 3., powers are given<lb/>
to it as per II1. and II2:  sole<lb/>
object, to which they refer, is<lb/>
the meeting of the succeeding<lb/>
Cortes:  <hi rend="underline">agenda</hi>, 1. On the arrival of the deputies;  2. On the<lb/>
first preparatory meeting &amp;c.</p>

Result.  Point made that in<lb/>
each, or in first, of the two<lb/>
years, nine months, or at<lb/>
