<p>Art.  Of competent grounds for a Quasi-Appeal<lb/>
examples are as follows <add>the following</add></p>
<p>1.  Non-allowance of the faculty of taking a transcript of<lb/>
the Record or of so much as to constitute a sufficient ground<lb/>
for his petition the petitioner has prayed the faculty of taking<lb/>
a copy.</p>
<p>2.  <add>Out of the record</add> Omission of some particular <add>material portion of discourse</add> which ought to have<lb/>
been inserted.</p>
<p>3.  In the Record, insertion of some portion of discourse not<lb/>
conformable to the truth.</p>
<p>4.  In the Record substitution of some portion of discourse<lb/>
not conformable to truth to some portion of discourse conformable<lb/>
to truth which ought to have been <gap/> in it.</p>
<p>6.  Insertion given in the Record to matter irrelevant or<lb/>
otherwise <del>in <gap/></del> unapt <add>immaterial</add> whereby to the labour or expence of <del>the</del><lb/>
