<p>Art 9.  To any such minute, it rests with the<lb/>
writer, or any one else, to give publicity, in what<lb/>
form and to what extent, he thinks fit:  and the<lb/>
writer will do well, if it be an Immediate<lb/>
Judicatory, to cause deposit in the Appellate Judicatory,<lb/>
one copy, and and <add>transmitt</add> another to the Justice<lb/>
Minister: if <add>it be</add> in an Appellate Judicatory, a copy<lb/>
to the Justice Minister.</p>
<p>Art. 10  Every person who, for the purpose of<lb/>
eventual complaint, makes or causes make<lb/>
any such minute, does so under his responsibility:<lb/>
<del>exposing himself to eventual punishment</del> <add>satisfactional and <unclear>punitorial</unclear></add><lb/>
as for injurious vexation, should the complaint<lb/>
be deemed frivolous or false: especially should<lb/>

Ch. 41 Judiciary Collectively
§ 17 Incidental Complaint Book

Art 9. To any such minute, it rests with the
writer, or any one else, to give publicity, in what
form and to what extent, he thinks fit: and the
writer will do well, if it be an Immediate
Judicatory, to cause deposit in the Appellate Judicatory,
one copy, and and transmitt another to the Justice
