<del>of any other parties</del>, The end aimed at by the code <add>here proposed body of his</add> being<lb/>
different from the only end aimed at by any other nation<lb/>
the Anglo American United States so far as regards the  Constitutional <lb/>
Code alone accepted, the means employed in other<lb/>
words the several subordinate ends could not now be<lb/>
correspondently different.  If the whole body of law taken in<lb/>
its <gap/>  maximization of the greatest happiness of the greatest<lb/>
number is the end - object. Of that part which <unclear>concerns</unclear><lb/>
the Judicial Establishment, maximization of the number <unclear>respect</unclear><lb/>
given to the law as applied to the purpose of maximizing<lb/>
the extent and equality <del>to whom</del> of the protection of <lb/>
the law of the <gap/> afforded against injury in every<lb/>
shape <del>as</del> in so far as capable of being inflicted by <gap/><lb/>
adversaries.</p>

Having for its en end different from that which
of any other parties, The end aimed at by the code here proposed body of his being
different from the only end aimed at by any other nation
the Anglo American United States so far as regards the Constitutional
Code alone accepted, the means employed in other
words the several subordinate ends could not now be
correspondently different. If the whole body of law taken in
its maximization of the greatest happiness of the greatest
number is the end - object. Of that part which concerns
the Judicial Establishment, maximization of the number respect
given to the law as applied to the purpose of maximizing
the extent and equality to whom of the protection of
the law of the afforded against injury in every
shape as in so far as capable of being inflicted by
adversaries.
