the grounds of it.</p>
<p>Art. 4.  To prevent confusion for want of practice on the part<lb/>
of the Jurors, to the Advocates General it belongs, in case of<lb/>

and lend their assistance to the securing an appropriate<lb/>
form to any such proposed decision, <del>Jury <gap/></del><lb/>

Art. 1. Of this Jury the functions are as follows

I. Auditive function

1. Antecedently to each decision pronounced by the Judge, to
