§. 13 Anonymous Report to the House of Commons.

I have now to introduce to your Lordship's
notice a still more extraordinary incident than any of
the many extra incidents I hope extraordinary
ones (so at least I hope they are) which have
as yet passed under review: a paper slipped
in, some how or other, along with among the papers
communicated to the House of Commons – but
without any body to own it.

In p.50 page 50 of a printed paper
intitled intituled "Further Proceedings of the Lords Commissioners his Majesty's
Treasury, respecting the matters contained stated
in The Reports of the Committee of Finance" &c

Ordered to be printed 15th July 1800, I read these
words.
