And whereas of actual possession and occupation,<lb/>as well against occupiers as owners, were not<lb/>to be obtained but according to the ordinary course of law,<lb/>any occupier who, notwithstanding all reasonable satisfaction<lb/>offered should choose not to quit his part of the said premises,<lb/>might be defending <del>such</del> his possession in Law or<lb/>Equity retard for a long and indefinite time the application<lb/>of the <del>said</del> premises to the purposes of the Act,<lb/>and thereby delay or <del>over</del> eventually <add>even defeat</add> the execution thereof<lb/>Be it enacted that upon entry made on the part of<lb/>such intended Governor according to the Form marked B.2.<lb/>upon any such parcel or parcels, every such parcel so<lb/>entered upon shall be deemed to be in the actual possession<lb/>of the said intended Governor as <add>well</add> against every such<lb/>occupier <add>as against all other persons,</add> as if the same had been duly delivered to<lb/>him in virtue of his Majesty's Writ of <foreign>Habere facias<lb/>Possession.</foreign></p>

Art. 13. And whereas of actual possession and occupation,
