<p>Whereas in pursuance of the said Statute our<lb/>

humble petition is as follows, viz:</p>
 
<p>That your Worships would be pleased with all<lb/>
 
convenient dispatch to <add>make an <hi rend="underline">Order</hi> of <hi rend="underline">Deputation</hi></add> deputing some one of yourselves<lb/>
 
or your fellows, to take the Examination of<lb/>
the said A.W. touching the premises (according to<lb/>
the Instruction hereunto annexed <add>marked E</add>) as also of any<lb/>
other persons whose evidence may to such <del>his Worship</del> <add>Magistrate</add><lb/>
appear likely to be material thereto and capable of<lb/>
being obtained:  for which Order <add>of Deputation</add> we <del>have</del> herein also<lb/>
inclose a blank Form <add>marked [D]</add>with which <add>for that purpose</add> we have been furnished<lb/>
by the Governor aforesaid. <del>for that purpose.</del></p>
<p>2.  That, together with such Order of Deputation,<lb/>
<del>properly filled</del> your Worships would also be pleased to cause to be<lb/>
delivered to <del>his said Worship</del> <add>such Magistrate</add> as well the said<lb/>

Whereas in pursuance of the said Statute our

That your Worships would be pleased with all
convenient dispatch to make an Order of Deputation deputing some one of yourselves
or your fellows, to take the Examination of
the said A.W. touching the premises (according to
the Instruction hereunto annexed marked E) as also of any
other persons whose evidence may to such his Worship Magistrate
appear likely to be material thereto and capable of
being obtained: for which Order of Deputation we have herein also
inclose a blank Form marked [D]with which for that purpose we have been furnished
by the Governor aforesaid. for that purpose.

2. That, together with such Order of Deputation,
properly filled your Worships would also be pleased to cause to be
delivered to his said Worship such Magistrate as well the said

herewith hereto annexed as the said annexed paper of Instruction
&c. The annexed Paper Instructions directing him

sent have been been transmitted to such Magistrate: been transmitted: for which Letter of Advice we herein also inclose a blank form marked F in like manner furnished to us by the said Governor.
