appear likely to be material thereto and capable of
being obtained: for which Order of Deputation we have herein also
inclose a blank Form marked [D]with which for that purpose we have been furnished
by the Governor aforesaid. for that purpose.
2. That, together with such Order of Deputation,
properly filled your Worships would also be pleased to cause to be
delivered to his said Worship such Magistrate as well the said

herewith hereto annexed as the said annexed paper of Instruction
&c. The annexed Paper Instructions directing him
to have due regard thereto so far forth as the same

sent have been been transmitted to such Magistrate: been transmitted: for ⊞ ⊞ which Letter of Advice we herein also inclose a blank form marked F in like manner furnished to us by the said Governor.
