SPIRIT RETAILERS
I
No person shall sell Ale or B Spirituous Liquors by
retail without two licenses: one for selling Ale or
Beer; the other for selling Spirituous liquors: which
licenses, to be valid, must be granted in manner described
in the Alehouse-keepers Law [Art.]

Spirituous liquors shall be deemed to be sold by Retail
