<p>1. Attorney General = 2. Public Prosecutor.  The <unclear>prosecutor</unclear> shall <gap/><lb/>

production of the effects desired, belongs, as above mentioned<lb/>
to another place:  namely either to the Penal Code<lb/>
to the Procedure Code, or to a treatise on Nomography:<lb/>
be work which in proportion to the aptitude of its composition<lb/>
is capable of producing its intended effect where<lb/>
no efficient authority is in the workman's hands:  but<lb/>
