To speak of On looking over the papers attached

in point of fact, no such signature did take place, nor
was any reason ever given for why it did not take place. Therefore,
for the any such purpose of as that of lessening my claim for
compensation, now that at last I am come rendered
to make one, there is no more reason can be found
for fixing upon that epoch than upon any other how

reducing my compensation,

of its own delay, for
the same reason for
which it was or
might take advantage
of any one portion of
